Harvested in October 2024, early in the season when they are at their most antioxidants and full of polyphenols, the anti-inflammatory plant compound that supports heart, gut and brain health.
The varieties Leccino, Gentile, Peranzana and Moraiolo compose this Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Our cold pressed EVOO takes after the motto of the region: forte e gentile. Strong and gentle. Unfiltered, peppery, yet silky smooth. It’s a combination that means you can use it for everything – your nonna’s focaccia recipe or drizzled over sea salt gelato, anything goes.
