1. Products and Pricing

Popoli sells premium extra virgin olive oil from Abruzzo, Italy, available in 500ml tin cans. Products can be purchased individually or in bundles (1, 2, or 4 bottles), with discounts applied for bundle quantities and subscription frequencies. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Payment

Payment is required at the time of checkout. We accept ShopPay, ApplePay, PayPal, GooglePay, and major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.).

3. Subscription Frequency Plan

• The billing type for subscription plans is pay-as-you-go with automatic renewal.

• Subscription renewals occur on the same day of the month as the initial order date.

• Customers must complete a minimum of three (3) subscription orders before they are eligible to cancel.

• Subscriptions do not automatically expire; customers must actively cancel their subscription to stop future orders and billing.

4. Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the UK. For detailed delivery information, please see our Shipping Policy page.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. To qualify, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Upon receipt and verification of the damaged product, we will issue a full refund.

6. Age Restrictions

There are no age restrictions for purchasing our products.

7. No Warranties

Our products are sold as-is. We do not offer warranties or guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Popoli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

9. Changes to Prices and Policies

We reserve the right to modify prices, product offerings, and policies at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
