RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your olive oil. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

This policy applies to all orders. Please use the contact email for your delivery region (see Contact Us at the bottom).

RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it
  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used olive oil unless the item is defective or incorrect.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order using the correct email for your region:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Returns sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Please note this 48-hour window is separate from, and shorter than, the standard 14-day return window above.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping.

REFUNDS

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened or used olive oil
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
  • Items not in original condition or packaging

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
