We currently deliver to UK Mainland only via tracked Royal Mail 2nd Class service. We're working on expanding our delivery zones in the near future.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Delivery Times

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class (Tracked) for parcels under 2kg. This service typically takes 3–5 working days from the time of dispatch. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) will be processed and dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 12:00pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be handled the next working day.

Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delays

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that during busy periods, holidays, or postal disruptions, there may be slight delays. If you experience an issue with your delivery, feel free to contact us at hello@ourpopoli.com.
