Everything good in life starts with a drop of olive oil. To us, olive oil is culture. It’s our parents and grandparents harvesting olives on the same plot for half a century. It’s respect for the land, it’s who we are.
Sitting around a big table of friends and family in Italy is never complete without olive oil. It’s what brings us together. Most Mediterranean families who own land make their own olive oil to distribute among their always large families (cousins, cousin’s cousins – it adds up). Nowhere is this truer than in Abruzzo, a mostly rural region blessed with fertile valleys and hot summers, perfect for olive harvesting.
But since we actually make too much of the good stuff, we’ve decided to share it with everyone else. Unfiltered and cold-pressed, small-batch and local, it’s extra virgin olive oil as it should be.
