We want you to love your olive oil. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it
  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used olive oil unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ourpopoli.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Returns sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used olive oil
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
  • Items not in original condition or packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
