By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Pricing
Popoli sells premium extra virgin olive oil from Abruzzo, Italy, available in 500ml tin cans.
Products may be purchased individually or in bundles (1, 2, or 4 units). Discounts may apply where indicated at checkout.
All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) and may be changed at any time. The price applicable is the one shown at the time the order is placed.
Prices include any applicable Swiss taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment
Payment is required at the time of checkout.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
4. Subscription Plans
Where subscription plans are available, billing is pay-as-you-go with automatic renewal.
- Renewals occur on the same day of the month as the initial order date.
- Subscriptions remain active until cancelled by the customer.
- Customers must complete a minimum of three (3) subscription orders before becoming eligible to cancel.
Cancellation requests must be made via your customer account or by contacting us at yannick@ourpopoli.com before the next renewal date.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within Switzerland only.
Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Any delivery estimates are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Returns and Refunds
We take great care in packaging our products.
Returns are accepted only in cases of:
- damaged products
- defective products
- incorrect items delivered
To qualify, customers must provide photographic evidence within 14 days of receiving the order.
Refunds will be issued only for the affected item(s) once the claim has been reviewed and approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
This return policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under Swiss law.
7. Age Restrictions
There are no age restrictions for purchasing our products.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted under Swiss law, products are provided “as available”.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory warranty rights granted under applicable Swiss law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Popoli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
This limitation does not apply in cases of unlawful intent or gross negligence, where liability cannot be excluded under Swiss law.
10. Changes to Prices and Terms
We reserve the right to modify prices, product offerings, and these Terms at any time.
The version of the Terms applicable to your purchase is the one in force at the time the order is placed.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered seat of Yannick Farinelli YAJU, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise.
