DELIVERY AREA

We currently deliver within Switzerland only using a tracked delivery service via Planzer.

We are working on expanding our delivery areas in the future.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer free standard delivery on all orders of CHF 40 or more.

DELIVERY TIMES

All shipments are sent via Planzer tracked delivery.

Estimated delivery time is typically:

2–5 working days from dispatch.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary due to external factors (logistics disruptions, peak periods, weather, etc.).

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 12:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are usually processed and dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be handled on the next working day.

TRACKING & DISPATCH CONFORMATION

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.

Tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your delivery.

DELAYS

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

DELIVERY ISSUES & INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery costs may apply.

PRODUCT ISSUES, DAMAGES & RETURNS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
