JOIN THE TEST KITCHEN CLUB: CAN’T BELIEVE IT’S NOT BUTTER
We’ve partnered with Come Together on their Test Kitchen Club - a monthly Sunday gathering built around food, stories, and the people you end up sitting next to.
This month’s theme, Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, is about the recipes that surprise us. The ones that don’t quite say what they are. The ones passed down, misremembered, or reinvented along the way.
And somewhere in the middle of it all - there’s olive oil.
We sent a tin of Popoli to chef Kit Delamain ahead of the session. What ends up on the table is shaped from there: instinct, memory, and whatever the ingredients decide to become.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You arrive, take a drink, and sit beside someone you’ve never met.
You’ll swap a recipe: something personal, unexpected, or meaningful. Then you’ll taste what Kit has been building in the kitchen, drawing from his time at St. John and now Circus Pizza.
It’s not a formal dinner. It’s something looser.
